Coordinating the "look" in homes of the rich and famous,
Sally has hand selected each item at Kellogg's General Store. At your
request, we are able to assist with furnishing your home. We will
assist in maneuvering through the process of making everything perfect
so your environment will be accomplished with as much ease as
possible. Refer to our design packages.
Beyond creating beautiful surroundings, we are introducing a selection
of extraordinary gifts. Remember the brightness in those eyes, when a
beautifully wrapped package was handed to someone special? Our goal is
to make people's eyes sparkle with joy, by creating exciting packages
from the outside all the way to the gift itself, and delivering it in
time for every special event.
Our ability to manage a list of your most important recipients will
keep you on track with each gift you select. They will arrive in
beautiful wrappings with hand written cards to match the occasion.
Your client list will stay with your account, and we will remind you
in plenty of time.
VIP Memberships are also a way of keeping up with the organization of
shopping with Kellogg's General Store. And as always, Gift Cards will
arrive in a special box, with all the trimmings.

Our Services
KGS does everything within our power to provide quality
service. We have Provided the ability to review and see the quality of
select items, with the ability Purchase, and send gifts with ease. We
will be available by phone or email to Answer your questions, and
check on orders during business hours Monday thru Friday from 9:00
a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (With the exception of national holidays).
Gift Giving
Wrappings ensure excitement upon receiving each gift. Purchasers are
notified immediately of any back orders or discontinued items. These
items will not be billed to the account, and a "Personal Shopping
Assistant" will call with suggestions of alternatives, just like
they used to do in the old Five and Ten Cent Stores.
Custom Products
All furniture, custom-carved pieces, and items having
optional finishes, sizes, or a selection to be specified by the
purchaser, will be handled by a "Personal Shopping
Assistant" via phone, or email. Authorization of the purchaser's
credit card will allow Kellogg's General Store to charge the card only
during certain steps in the process of filling the order. 50% will be
charged at the time the order is placed, 40% will be charged prior to
the items being picked up for shipping, and 10% will be charged five
days prior to delivery. Shipping will be quoted for deliveries other
than U. S. Mail, FedEx, or UPS by reputable trucking companies
generally used by Kellogg's General store. The purchaser must inspect
packaging, and products and sign off that the product has been
received. Please review Policies, and Terms and Conditions. Purchaser
will be notified by the Shipping Department, and the authorized credit
card will be charged for the amount of shipping and handling, with an
invoice following via email.
Consulting Services For Custom
Products
KGS offers various consulting services depending on
each purchaser's needs. Personal Shopping Service is offered free with
each purchase. These individuals will assist in understanding the web
page, explain procedures, and in general make sure you have help
making individual purchases and setting up your gift list.
Upon request - Additional personal services are
available as follows:
Order Coordination - A trained professional will organize and
expedite larger orders of furnishings, fabrics, etc.
Decorator - Assistants who have completed at least two years of
education in decoration or design are available to help you with the
selection of furniture, fabrics, finishes, and accessories when floor
plans or site visits are requested by a client.
Designer - Conceptual consultations by trained professional
designers within specific states provide documents in the form of
AutoCAD drawings and verbal presentations to be used by clients upon

Not included are project management or site
inspections, services relating to contracting or subcontracting
services, design services in states requiring legal licensing or
registration, or travel to and from potential projects.
Hourly Consultation Packages can be purchased
electronically through Kellogg's General Store on the Internet.
Deposits are required for time to design custom decoration, interior
plans, kitchen & bath design, space planning and conceptual home
design for clients who need a conceptual designer. A deposit is
required to schedule a personal interview with a designer, and will be
deducted on an hourly basis. Travel time, and expenses will also be
deducted, should the client prefer to meet at their location.
