Custom Orders
CONDITIONS OF SALE
It is understood that in placing an order, you agree to all
of the following conditions.
All items in stock are paid for electronically through
Kellogg's General Store (KelloggGeneralStore.com) processing service.
In an event that a product is no longer available, or is backordered,
you will be notified, and unless we receive written permission to
cancel the order on your behalf, we will assume you are willing to
wait for the item to be sent. All items ordered are paid in full,
along with the designated shipping, handling, gift wrapping, and
applicable taxes due, prior to shipment of each item.
Terms of All Custom Orders are as follows: 50% Deposit upon
placing the order, 40% due five working days prior to product ship
date, 10% due five working days prior to delivery.
Shipping will be billed separately and is due in full five working
days prior to product leaving the manufacturer. Ship times and fees
vary per item and destination. It is understood that you will be
responsible for payment in full of all shipping and handling charges
upon placing an order. You will receive an email of the actual amount
per piece prior to the electronic transfer of these funds.
Orders will be shipped directly to you when ready unless your order
specifies otherwise, and Kellogg's General Store (KelloggsGeneralStore.com)
agrees in writing to place these items into a storage facility owned
by you (the client). Upon delivery to client (including delivery to
such a facility), Kellogg's General Store (KelloggsGeneralStore.com)
will not be responsible for the items in any way. Kellogg's General
Store (KelloggsGeneralStore.com) will not be responsible for damage in
transit.
If there is a damage or shortage, please note it on the freight
bill at the time of delivery. If damage is concealed, please notify
the carrier immediately, request an inspection, and file a claim.
Refusal of damaged merchandise in no way relieves the purchaser of
responsibility for payment of goods. Since all custom merchandise is
made to customers' specifications, we cannot accept cancellations or
delay after an order has been placed into production.
No returns will be accepted without written authorization.
Charges for local repairs will not be accepted unless our prior
written authorization has been received. Since manufacturers of
upholstery fabrics do not guarantee their products for wearing
quality, colorfastness or shrinkage, we are unable to honor
adjustments, claims or credits for these properties.
All orders accepted by Kellogg's General Store (KelloggsGeneralStore.com)
will be shipped only to the customer or a receiving company hired by
the customer with a full staff and loading dock capabilities.
