Shipping Information
Time to Ship
In stock items and accessories normally ship within
7 to 10 business days. Backordered items typically ship as available.
You will be notified via email on your account when your selection is
not immediately available, with an estimated time of delivery. We will
assume you are willing to wait for delivery unless you notify us in
writing that you would like to cancel this item on your order. This
applies for stock items only.
Custom items such as furniture, watertight vases,
carved carrousel horses, for example will usually ship within 12 to 16
weeks.
In all cases, we will keep you advised through your
email address as to the estimated shipping date, and tracking numbers.
Methods
Most gift items and items weighing less than 40# and
having no special shipping requirements typically ship via UPS or
FedEx as selected by the customer at check out.
Kellogg's General Store (KelloggsGeneralStore.com)
ships larger items such as furniture via Plycon Transportation Group
throughout the United States and Canada. Plycon contacts our clients
to coordinate delivery and set-up (if necessary and/or purchased).
Other items such as mirrors or topiaries will be shipped by
manufacturer's recommended freight carrier.
Time in Transit
Time in transit varies for each item. Tracking will
be logged into the customer's account upon shipping, using tracking
numbers per shipper.
IMPORTANT: Receipt and Inspection
of Goods
Please inspect your packaging and products
carefully. You must note any damage to either the packaging, or the
product (especially furniture) on the delivery receipt prior to
signing it. Absent such notation, you are acknowledging receipt of the
goods in good condition.
In the event of latent damage, you must contact us
as soon as possible. In every case, we will work with you to ensure
your satisfaction as quickly as possible. We ask that you work with us
and the carrier to resolve damage claims quickly and efficiently.
