Upon purchasing through Kellogg's General Store, you will be assigned an account with a password.

Gift List Management allows each customer to select all the gifts they would like to give during the following year, enter the name and address of each recipient, designate the personalized message on the appropriate card, and organize a delivery date.

Kellogg's General Store will remind you via e-mail within 4 weeks, 3 weeks, 2 weeks, and 1 week prior to the anticipated ship date of any recipient on the list gift. If the date passes with no purchase being made, we will simply drop the name from the list. The first year, gift management is free. When you purchase a gift for any recipient, that occasion will continue to be managed. If you would like us to continue to manage your list without making any purchase, we will do so with authorization of a fee of $5.00 per recipient.

As soon as the information for each of the recipients is set up, choose each item for each recipient on the list, take items through check out, authorize the transaction, and relax while our service wraps, and delivers one of the best ideas ever. The praise goes to the thoughtful person who remembered the occasion with a beautiful gift, who will never miss a birthday, anniversary, or holiday again.

Quantity Orders are any orders a customer would like to send to many people for one occasion. Business owners sometimes send the same item to many clients during holidays. Others would like to have a package delivered to employees at a celebration, or party. Whether corporate gifts or you simply have a large family, we will assign someone to assist you with our Personal Shopping Service.

Forward your list, with one or more selections, and we will process the order with the same personal care as we would a single gift. Please get started early, so we can assure the best presentation to each recipient. Call our office or email for more information.

VIP Membership Levels:

Included in the services provided to VIP members are gift management, free gift wrapping, assistance with a personal shopping cart, or consultations by decorators.

When a customer invests in our products or services at the levels listed, valuable credits will be stored in that account and used toward future purchases. The credits will accumulate until the customer designates which product or service will be purchased with the amount in the account. It is fantastic to save these to give yourself a gift once a year.

Various VIP Memberships are available according to the purchases made during one fiscal year. If you make your first purchase on November 1st, your membership will be awarded for one year. Your account will be placed into these levels automatically, and you will receive an email, and notice in the mail informing you again of the benefits of having achieved these levels. Any credits accumulated must be used during that year, and will start to accumulate again the following year.

VIP Member Level - Green

Any customer who purchases more than $1,000 will be awarded a credit of 1% of the purchases made. These credits will accumulate until you request them to be applied to a particular purchase. They may be used toward products only.

Green Level VIP Members will receive free Gift List Management during the fiscal year.

VIP Member Level - Gold

Any customer who purchases more than $100,000 will be awarded a credit of 2% of the purchases made. These credits will accumulate until you request them to be applied to a particular purchase. They may be used toward products only.

Gold Level VIP Members will receive free Gift List Management during the fiscal year.

Free Gift Wrapping will be provided at no additional charge during the fiscal year.

A shopping cart will be set up by our Personal Shopping Service where special items will be presented online for your personal viewing. One example of this is a person who has purchased Living Room Furniture and is still in need of accessories. Our decorators will be able to assist in making selections you may enjoy in addition the items already ordered.
