Limited Warranty

Kellogg's General Store (KelloggsGeneralStore.com) does not manufacture products, and any warranty of products will be the sole responsibility of each manufacturer who has provided merchandise to be sold. All products are inspected for defects prior to gift wrapping, and shipping, to assure the best quality upon presentation of the merchandise. If any manufacturer's defects are detected by purchaser, we will require photographs, and/or other proof of defects to negotiate between the manufacturer and our clients. If we decide to replace a defective item, only the defective item will be replaced. If we decide to replace a product we no longer carry, we will replace it with a comparable product. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted.

Warranty Limitations and Exclusions

A manufacturer's defect warranty does not apply to minor size, shape, and color variations from piece to piece that can occur due to craftsmanship and/or the use of natural or man-made materials in products sold by Kellogg's General Store (KelloggsGeneralStore.com). This warranty does not apply to minor color variations between actual furniture pieces, color chip samples, and/or photographs (electronic or print). All products will have natural variations in grain and color, and inherent characteristics such as knots, mineral streaks, pitch pockets, and grain variation, fabric variations, and upholstery techniques, or customization of "one-of-a-kind" artistic items. These are not considered quality defects. This warranty does not apply to products sold "as is" or purchased from a source other than Kellogg's General Store (KelloggsGeneralStore.com). Any product modification voids this warranty. Kellogg's General Store (KelloggsGeneralStore.com) products are not warranted against normal wear and tear, damage resulting from improper use, accidents, abuse, neglect, damage and/or appearance changes resulting from improper care or storage. This warranty does not apply to damage or appearance changes related to the expansion and contraction of wood due to extremes in humidity.

The remedies provided herein are exclusive and to the extent allowed by applicable law are in lieu of all other remedies, warranties, or representations. Any express, implied or statutory warranties, including, but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and all other obligations and liabilities, whether in contract or in tort, are expressly disclaimed here. In no event shall Kellogg's General Store (KelloggsGeneralStore.com) be liable for special or consequential or other damages.

This warranty is valid only in the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii), and only on Kellogg's General Store (KelloggsGeneralStore.com) products purchased after September 30, 2006.

Your Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State. Some States do not allow the exclusions and limitations on incidental and consequential damages or the limitations on implied warranties, so the described limitations may not apply to you. However, proper care and use are essential for preserving your rights under this warranty.
